Property Details

The first floor is tastefully furnished with typical Sardinia linens and characteristic pieces of furniture and a terrace with views of the sea.
There is a living room with sofa , chairs and dining table. Open kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Air –condition.
One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. The large ( 20 metres ) fully furnished terrace becomes the main living area in the summer months and a very pleasant spot to enjoy breakfast or a shady lunch, a pleasant evening ,with beautiful sea views.

Just 2 Km distance there are other beaches with sand and cliffs, and a short distance there are the famous beaches of Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero

Liscia di Vacca Liscia di Vacca is located in the north-east Sardinia, close to Porto Cervo and 30 km from Olbia airport and 25 km from port Golfo Aranci.
The Costa Smeralda is on the north - east coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands, right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea , just one or two hour's flight from main European Cities.
Costa Smeralda is a modern equipped tourist centre, good for boat excursions toward the most beautiful and wild islands of Sardinia and offers wonderful panoramic views both on the sea and the boundless forests
This rugged and beautiful region offers infinite opportunities to explore hidden coves and beaches, medieval towns, ancient Nuraghic ruins and to experience a culture not found anywhere else.

A car would be necessary
The Costa Smeralda on the north - east coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands, right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea , just one or two hour's flight from main European Cities.
The houses are just 30km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport where many international flights arrive, andabout 130km from Alghero airports, also international flights arrive. From many countries there are some cheaper flights eg. with (http://www.ryanair.com) that arrive in Alghero airport. All these airports have the main car hire companies.
