Luxury 3 bedroomed house available all over the year. The villa, set in a unique and spectacular position on a drop over the splendid Capo Caccia Gulf, is part of an exclusive complex in a quiet spot not far from one of the most characteristic beaches of the Alghero coastline: Il Lazzaretto. The property benefits from spectacular seaviews from every room. The sea is only moments away via some steps leading directly onto the beach from where other small bays can be accessed. The villa is very well furnished and comes with all modern conforts: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dish washer and fridge-freezer. It consists of a lounge with separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin room and another bedroom with two bank beds. All rooms overlook the veranda with seaview. There are two bathrooms with shower, an external shower and parking space.
The beautiful town of Alghero, famous for being lovely all year round, is only 10 minute drive away.

Area Description

All year round! Situated in the North west of Sardinia, Alghero is a tipical small town once a Catalan colony, still reflected in the architecture and Alghero's language and traditions. As well as its gorgeous historical centre It's famous for its incredible surroinding area, caracterised by the famous promontory of Capo Caccia and its submerged walls with golden red coral formations. It's one of the most acclaimed and famous Sardinia tourist locations all over the year.
